  5. Affirm Your Light: Silently or aloud, repeat affirmations such as:
    • My spark is always within me.
    • I am worthy of my light.
    • By shining brighter, I inspire others to do the same.
  6. Carry It Forward: As you close, notice how your body feels—lighter, more connected, and aligned. Commit to carrying this light with you throughout your day​.
